The Lieto Palace, in Naples, on via Toledo, Montecalvario district, was built in 1546 by Lazzaro Sebastiano. In 1756, Gaetano Lieto, Duke of Polignano, reconstructed it under the direction of Pompeo Schiantarelli. The facade, with a simple marble portal, reflects Schiantarelli's intervention; in the courtyard, there is an open staircase with lowered arches and a lintel structure. Damaged in 1848, it was restored by Camillo Napoleone Sasso.
