The Church of Saints Cosmas and Damian in Rome is a place of worship dedicated to the saints Cosmas and Damian. It is located near the Roman Forum and is known for its elegant loggia and frescoes by the Master of Santa Clara. Although time and damage caused by humans have erased part of the church's original decoration, it is said that the Crucifix of Saint Damian contains a tiny face next to the face of Jesus, which some believe represents the author of the painting.
