Giovan Gerolamo Savoldo was an Italian Renaissance painter born around 1480 and died around 1548. He was known for his religious paintings and portraits. His artistic style was influenced by Venetian artists such as Giorgione and Giovanni Bellini, as well as the Ferrara School.
